Efatha Senbro 'Faith' Barlow was born October 1850 in Copiah Co Mississippi. She married Charles K. Swinney, son of Cyrus Pate Swinney and Charity Manghum / McDonald on December 14, 1871 in Copiah Co Mississippi. He was born c1826-27 in Alabama, and died after 1880. Charles had previously been married to Anna Jane Hayes on February 21, 1849, and had children: Albert G., Jefferson Davis, and Hiram Swinney. Hiram married Martha Jane Barlow, daughter of Faith's brother, William Jasper Barlow. Note: Charles is a brother to Mary Manghum Swinney who married Faith's brother, Henry Zair Barlow. |
