In 1850, all of the children are living with  Absolum and Lavicia Berry

*This family is not one  whom I have  found to be easily traced, apparently Hugh and his
wife  died  before  the 1850 census, and thus  I  found  several names  in the 1850  and
1860 census unknown to me, but information shared from  Rozier Dedwyler  has  given
us the  following  information,  along  with the census records, and cemetery records  I
  have  found  for  these  families.

*
They had at least 12 children, the known children of Hugh Berry are:
1  i. Willis Berry  born c1827-1830, and died in 1863, burial in Eli Myers Cemetery, Simpson Co Mississippi
2  ii. Absolum Berry  born c1828, and apparently died before 1860
   iii. Arcada Berry  born c1832
3 iv. Frances "Franky" Berry  born c1838
   v. Joseph Berry  born c1840  -I have been unable to locate him in Mississippi in 1860-
In 1850, a 20 year old William Berry is living in the home of John Briggs.  He may also be a child of Hugh Berry.

In 1870, I have read the entire Simpson and Lawrence Co census, and not found her or her child-
ren.   I  cannot  imagine where Mary and her  children  were  in 1870,  unless  they  relocated  for
a few years after Willis' death, were missed in the census taking, or are enumerated with another
family with their surnames changed in error

Then - Willis Berry (Absolom's brother) and Willis' wife, Mary Myers who was dau of Eli Myers and Elizabeth Beasley had: (this list varies from your information and is questionable):1. Then I have a note someone else put on my sheet and returned to me many years ago, "J. A. same as Turney"
